We charge a flat-rate service call fee of $75 for a comprehensive diagnostic of your appliance. This fee covers the technician's travel expenses and the dedicated time required to professionally troubleshoot and identify the root cause of the issue.
This service call fee is completely WAIVED if you choose to move forward with the recommended repair.
Once we diagnose the problem, we will provide you with a detailed, flat-rate quote for the total cost of the repair. You will know the full price before we begin any work, allowing you to approve the repair with complete confidence.
